THE SCHEDULE
MONDAY:
Reps complete Scenario 1 (Baseline Discovery Call) in Luster AI
- They’re scored on key fundamentals: discovery depth, urgency uncovered, and qualification.
WEDNESDAY:
Live Training with John Barrows
- 90-minute tactical workshop on how to prep, open, and drive elite-level discovery conversations.
FRIDAY:
Reps complete Scenario 2 (Post-Training)
- Same structure. New buyer. Now they apply what they’ve learned.
FOLLOWING MONDAY:
Manager Debrief
- We’ll share the full before/after performance report — showing what changed and where your reps improved.
